Coach Foxx is entering his 33rd year of coaching youth athletics and his first season as President and Athletic Advisor of P.S.P.A. In his extensive career as a coach, he has helped over 100 student-athletes obtain college academic or athletic scholarships in both football and basketball. Some of his most notable protégés are Current Harvard Head Basketball Coach Tommy Amaker, Washington Post Player of the Year, 3 Time-All Metropolitan area, and current Duke Standout Jasmine Thomas, NFL defensive back and current Miami Dolphin Jimmy Wyrick, and Current Northern Region Tournament M.V.P. and 2008 2nd Team All-State player Kristine Mial of James Madison University. Coach Foxx has guided the James Lee Community Center Sports Athletic Teams to Several County Youth Football and Basketball Championships during his tenure. Coach Foxx duties with P.S.P.A. include chairing the board of directors meetings, monitoring association activity, and representing the associaton as needed.
